1. Introduction

Welcome to Ahfiah Business Plus (“Business Plus”), a toolkit for Nigeria's service providers to promote services on the Ahfiah platform (the “App”). By creating or using a Business Plus account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) with Easi Technology Software and Services Limited (“Easi Tech”, “we”, “our”, “us”), Lagos, Nigeria.

These Terms govern provider features, including: the Marketplace (advertise services, receive bookings, and, where enabled, payments), the Directory (public profile), the Post Board (Twitter-style feed), Discount Offering posts, and upcoming Business Automation Features.

If you do not agree, do not use Business Plus.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By registering, you represent that you are legally authorized to act for the business you list, and that all information you submit is accurate and complete. We may request verification documents and may approve, reject, or remove accounts or content at our discretion.

3. Services Provided (Overview)

Customizable Business Profile (Directory): Create and manage a public profile visible to users. Profiles may include your Instagram link so customers can assess recency and portfolio.
Marketplace (New): Create promotional Ads with photos, descriptions, location, and price notes. Each Ad gets a shareable URL for social and messaging.
Bookings & Payments (where enabled): Receive bookings from Ahfiah users. To enable follow-up, you will receive the user’s phone number and email for the specific booking. Payments/deposits are processed through paystack.com
Ratings & Reviews: Users can leave public ratings/reviews about their experience with you.
Post Board (Twitter-like): Publish short posts, questions, opinions, promos, and reply to others.
Future Business Automation Tools: Capture leads via links/forms, automate follow-ups, and manage responses.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Accuracy & Updates: You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, Ads, pricing notes, availability, addresses, and contact details.
Customer Contact Data: Phone/email received from bookings must be used only to deliver the booked service, provide support, or send legally compliant communications. Do not spam; obtain consent for any ongoing marketing.
Professional Conduct: Respond promptly to enquiries and bookings, communicate, arrive on time, and deliver as described.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws (consumer, advertising, taxes, privacy, licensing).
Photos & Media: Upload only content you own or have rights to use. Avoid misleading or deceptive claims.

5. Marketplace, Bookings & Payments

Ads & Visibility. Ads are reviewed before publication. We may feature, limit, or remove Ads (e.g., policy or quality issues). Ads may have an expiry window (e.g., 3 Days); expired Ads can be renewed/sponsored.
Bookings. When a user books, we may share relevant booking details with you (service, date/time, name, phone, email). Keep this information secure and use it strictly for the booking.
Payments (where enabled). Payments/deposits, if offered, are processed by paystack.com. Unless otherwise stated in the checkout flow, booking fees/deposits confirm the appointment and are non-refundable.
Contracting Party. The service contract is between you and the customer. Ahfiah is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for service fulfillment, quality, or disputes.
Taxes & Receipts. You are responsible for pricing, tax collection/remittance, and issuing receipts where required.
Cancellations & No-Shows. Publish clear policies. If you accept deposits, specify reschedule/cut-off windows. Handle refunds/credits directly unless the payment flow states otherwise.

6. Ratings, Reviews & Comments

Public Feedback. Users may post ratings/reviews that appear publicly on the ahfiah app/Ads after a basic approval check.
Provider Replies. You may reply to reviews or comments. Keep responses factual and professional; do not share personal data.
Moderation. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spammy, deceptive, or violates policy. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative.

7. Post Board & Noticeboard

Post Board (Conversations). Share short updates and engage with the community. You are responsible for what you post. No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or misleading content.
Public Information. Contact details you choose to display may be visible to users to facilitate enquiries. Avoid publishing private data that you do not want to be public.

8. Business Automation Tools [ Future Feature ]

Purpose. Tools help collect leads, automate follow-ups, and track engagement.
Your Duties. Provide accurate content, review automated messages, and respond professionally.
Fair Use. No spam, scams, or unlawful messaging. Respect user consent and opt-out requests.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

Your License to Us. By submitting content (profiles, Ads, media, posts), you grant Ahfiah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt (e.g., resize images), and promote that content within the App and related channels, solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the platform.
Third-Party Content. Ratings and social previews (e.g., Instagram) may link to third-party sources. Rights remain with their owners; previews may be removed on request.
No Reverse Engineering. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data under the Ahfiah Privacy Policy. For bookings, we may share necessary details between you and the user so the service can be delivered. Protect customer data, use it only as permitted, and delete it when no longer needed or if required by law.

11. Fees & Payments to Ahfiah

Business Plus is currently free. Some offerings (e.g., featured placements, boosts, processing fees) may incur charges; these will be shown before purchase. We may update pricing with notice.

12. Verification, Moderation & Enforcement

We may require identity/business verification. We may hide, edit, or remove content; limit reach; or suspend/terminate accounts for policy or legal reasons, poor conduct, repeated complaints, fraud, or risk.

13. Term; Cancellation; Suspension

You may cancel anytime (email support@ahfiah.com or delete your account in settings). Upon termination, access to provider features ends, but we may retain minimal records as required by law.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee continuous availability, listing position, customer demand, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahfiah/Easi Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Business Plus. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid to us for Business Plus in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you in-app or via email. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
