By signing up for Ahfiah Business Plus, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a member.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for Ahfiah Business Plus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Ahfiah Business Plus.

2. Services Provided

Ahfiah Business Plus offers the following features to its users:

Customizable Business Profile: Create and manage a personalized business profile that is displayed on the Ahfiah app.
Coupon Creation: Generate and manage promotional coupons that ahfiah users can redeem at your place of business / for online purposes or at your event location.
Backend Access: Gain access to ahfiah, through Easitech's software to directly contribute, and update your business profile on the Ahfiah app.
User Interaction: Engage with users through direct bookings, and appointments, sent directly to your registered email address.

3. Customizable Business Profile

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your business profile.
Any changes or updates to your profile must comply with Ahfiah's content guidelines and policies.
Ahfiah reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any content submitted to your business profile.

4. Coupon Creation and Redemption

You can create promotional coupons to attract customers to your business, on-site or online.
We request coupons must clearly state the terms and conditions for redemption, including any expiration dates or usage limits.
You are solely responsible for honoring the coupons and ensuring that they are redeemed according to the stated terms.

5. Backend Access and Contributions

You will receive backend access to EasiTech’s software, allowing you to contribute directly to the Ahfiah app.
All contributions must be relevant to your business and adhere to Ahfiah’s content guidelines.
Ahfiah reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any contributions that violate these terms or our content policies.

6. Fees and Payments

The subscription fee for Ahfiah Business Plus is currently FREE.
For payments processed via the ahfiah app, you are required to sign an agreement with Easi Technology Software and Services Limited.

7. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your Ahfiah Business Plus subscription at any time by contacting our support team, at support@ahfiah.com
You can delete your profile by accessing your profile settings and tapping "delete account".
Ahfiah reserves the right to terminate your subscription for any violation of these terms or other applicable policies.
Upon termination or cancellation, you will no longer have access to the Ahfiah Business Plus features.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Ahfiah is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.
Any information collected during your use of Ahfiah Business Plus will be handled by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided as part of Ahfiah Business Plus are the property of Ahfiah or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for the purposes outlined in these terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the software or content provided by Ahfiah.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ahfiah is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ahfiah Business Plus.
Ahfiah’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for Ahfiah Business Plus in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ahfiah reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to you via this app or via email.
Continued use of Ahfiah Business Plus after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
